SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.General
“Glentworth Precision” means Glentworth Precision Engineering (UK) Limited, Glentworth House, Molly Millar’s Bridge, Molly Millar’s Lane, Wokingham, Berkshire RG41 2WY.

 

2.Delivery

The delivery quoted is subject to receipt of order, all relevant drawings and documentation and where appropriate, receipt of free issue materials and tooling.

 

3.Price

The price quoted is firm and fixed and includes, as is applicable, materials, processes and tooling, which detail may be given separately within the body of the quotation.

 

4.Carriage

United Kingdom
Glentworth Precision will deliver goods in the United Kingdom to any address specified by the Purchaser. Unless otherwise stated carriage is included in the price. Delivery will be made by Next Day Carrier or our transport. Any other arrangements may incur an additional cost.

Overseas

Glentworth Precision will deliver goods for eventual delivery outside of the United Kingdom on an ex-works basis.  At the purchaser’s request, Glentworth Precision will, as the purchaser’s agent and at the purchaser’s cost, arrange:

 

To ship the goods to the destination specified by the purchaser, and to insure the goods during shipment in accordance with the Institute of London Underwriters Cargo Clauses, provided that Glentworth Precision shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage arising through the choice of carrier or an act or omission of the carrier.

 

5.Free issue Components
Free issue components are accepted at the risk of the purchaser.

 

6.V.A.T.
The price quoted excludes Value Added Tax.

 

7.Validity
Quotations are valid for a period of thirty days, unless otherwise stated.

 

8.Terms of Payment
With first time orders paid proforma invoice shall be required before delivery of parts unless otherwise agreed. 

Glentworth standard terms of payment are thirty days from date of invoice.

 

9.Warranty

Without prejudice to any other rights whether implied by statute or otherwise which the Purchaser may have, any goods returned to Glentworth Precision after a period of 60 days for damage, corrosion or porosity, liability will not be accepted

 

10.Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with UK Law.
